“The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic.”

“We encountered a dirty room with bugs. We asked to check out early and the staff refused to reimburse us. Yes, I booked with Expedia, but only the hotel charged my card for a four night stay. They care about money, not the health or happiness of their guests. Recommend you avoid this hotel. We ate the full 4-day cost and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Devens, which was fantastic.”

“The food here was always amazing. I do wish though I could have gotten my bed turned down and I had to go to the front desk for some essentials because my room was missed a few times even though I had the sign on the door saying I’d like fresh things. ”

“Microwave and fridge outside my room unplugged I get renovation are in progress but why not say that on website only find out after checking into the room and no refunds even if you didn't create that issue.”

“Dirty room. People outside front door entrance sitting on cement area smoking and drinking beer. Uncomfortable to go by them. Toilet leaked breakfast was a joke. Some muffins and coffee Staff was responsive to request for towels and pots to cook with and utensils.”

“The building itself was beautiful like a castle. But the parking is so far away and the set up of the parking lot not good. There’s absolutely nothing here to see or do. You can’t even get a complementary cup of coffee.! The coffee maker in my room, someone opened coffee and poured it in the wrong slot and apparently nobody cleaned it out before we checked in?? When the heat just at 70 hit the room it smelt like something was burning? The table to sit at was so wobbly you couldn’t sit there and...

“Don, the guy who checked me in was very helpful. Room clean and quiet, a bit cold due to the severe weather conditions outside, but still okay. Very good breakfast. Convenient to reach and with a good steakhouse nearby. Will stay again.”
