“Minor issue with tv in first room given. Desk staff very helpful and quickly resolved it, moving us to a different room. ”

“Front desk staff was great! Breakfast was good and varied. Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic! ”

“As I've stayed here on two occasions, I would say that the rooms are very clean and spacious. Though they do have an odor to them that I would not say unpleasant, but present! Aside from that, the staff, check in/out, facilities etc. were pretty good. I will be staying here again in the future.”

“Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something. “We stayed for a dance competition. There was also some kinda basketball thing going on. There were lots of teen boys. They were very outta control running down hallways, yelling , slamming doors. This wen on Friday night prob till 12:30/1am. Then Saturday night same thing but i called downstairs to complain. “Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....
