“The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area.
My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles!

“Upon arrival the staff member didn’t acknowledge my presence as I stood there in front of her. During check-in the staff member informed me the pool was closed (which was the main reason we were staying in a hotel), but told me that we could use the pool down the street. “The front desk staff was great. But it was pretty gross when asking for different towels when the housekeeper was touching used towels with her bare hands. Also, there are kids and the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I think it needs to be better managed of where to put kids where they are not gonna be adults.”
