“Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Only negative was that the soda machine wasn’t working. Overall good stay and reasonably priced.”

“As soon as I walk inside the room, I could smell the cigarette all over the place. Even if I spray perfume, the smell of cigarette would still be there which made me sick. I had my graduation the next day so I did not have much option of staying there. I also didn’t appreciate how the key card to unlock the room stop working after the first tried. The room had some dust inside which needs to be taken care as well.”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

“The staff was lovely but they were woefully understaffed. One person ran both buildings. They didn’t have enough cleaning people, the elevator was broken, the bed was itchy. The shower leaked.”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”
