“Very pleasant and helpful staff.Gentlman who checked us in was an exceptional employee. Great high pressure shower. Room and bathroom need a detailed cleaning, room is dimly lit. Limited parking in front of building, parking in back is inconvenient for entry. Seating in breakfast is stained beyond cleaning”

“no staff at all on site, left my room key in a envelope by the front door. bed was saggy, air conditioner was a window unit in the bathroom so the bedroom was hot. Bed and Breakfast, but all that was offered for breakfast was do it yourself, In your room, oatmeal, but there were no bowls. lawn was overgrown not at all inviting. very wierd and kinda creepy. No horses at the inn at horse farm, might think about renaming”

“Staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. From the front desk staff to the staff who cleaned my room this stay was enjoyable for the 6 days I was there. The bartender was great with her charm all while keeping up with a fast paced night of work. Food was excellent from the free breakfast with a wide variety of choices to our evening meal. “Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...
