“The room wasn’t very clean, was dusty, hair in the closet and the bathroom floor, the body wash dispenser was empty. We did reservation for 4 person we just had 3 towels and when I asked for extra one they didn’t have no more towels. The kitchen cabinets they didn’t clean it for weeks was so stinky inside. Over all we end leaving one night early.”

“We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. The hotel staff were very helpful with the questions I had before and during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic...

No room service, as in changing bed sheet. We stayed on the 3rd floor, dogs barked, we all are animals lovers! Unfortunately were right next to the trash room. We tried to use the dryer, machine took our coins but it didn’t work. We asked for help from front desk, we were informed that it had nothing to do with the hotel and we...

“All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was very convenient because we were there for a dance competition in the hotel. The breakfast was good. The food and drinks in the restaurant Malones was great. They even had a special kid menu to accommodate the dance competition kids. The concessions set up for the kids to grab and go were perfect. Thank you. My 2 complaints: a pool would have been great. And, the water pressure in our room shower was very weak.”

“Excellent overall. We did try the breakfast (for a fee - it's not free) but it tasted great and we had very good service. We stayed this far from Boston to save money on the room, and I do wish we had spent more to be closer to downtown Boston, but the room was perfect.”
