“L’hotel scelto è sufficientemente costoso e ci si aspetta un servizio altrettanto buono. Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “There was a problem with the toilet filling up so it was not usable for hours. The tub was a bit older. Other than that, everything else was really good. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁”

And the ice machine needs to be cleaned other than that and an issue with the TV they resolved and the heat being difficult it was a nice location . But I need at least one of those amenities if not both when staying more than 2 days .”

“The property is brand new. Loved the nice big room and bath room. Loved that the room has no carpet. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, well presented, fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
