“First the 5 stars great stuff. Clean room, comfortable bed, blackout curtains. Housekeeping was excellent and readily available. Breakfast staff had very hard workers that were always eager to help. Loved the selection for the morning meal. The front desk employee ANA is amazing, so curteous and deserves a 5 star rating all on her own. Wonderful! And now the 3 stars for the not so great stuff. The pool area was not well cared for. The hot tub was not very hot at all and a bit dirty. And...
