Hotel a Westborough

“This is a very convenient location to downtown. The property is a somewhat updated building but offers minimal amenities. Our room had only fair heating, the bathroom door did not stay closed, windows had been fully open, storm windows were ineffective for the windy weather and an electrical outlet located near the bed was missing a cover, posing a possible hazard. Staff were friendly. Parking is off street.”

“Due to the storms it was not a good sleep very loud. Staff were helpful that I was able to do a later check out.”

“Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between.”

“Typical hotel stay. My family enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool. The Tavern restaurant in the lobby was convenient for dinner. Several choices at the continental breakfast the next morning including hot options. I’d stay here again.”

“There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. ”

“Room was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Only negative is how much we could hear the people walking in the room above us. ”

“The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area. My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles! Everything else...
