“Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...

“Overall, I thought it was a really well ran hotel. The front staff were great. The room and hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was decent (only complaint would be lack of knowledge regarding allergies in hot foods such as: do the sausages have wheat?). With that said, one of the kitchen staff members was awesome trying to find answers for us, unfortunately, all of the food packaging was thrown away so they had no ingredients lists. The heating/cooling combined with a ceiling fan made it easy...

“The room was very clean, but it is pretty bare bones. I would have liked a coffee maker. Breakfast was minimal, but all I needed. Bed was comfortable and I like the Zero brand for toiletries. Staff was very friendly. I need an overnight stay for a business trip and it worked out well.”

“Staff- sleeping during of operation. We have to ring numerous time all the while he is passed out at the back of high counter. Cleaning lady mention is he sleeping again. So must be a regular occurrence Maintenance- suspicious cc transactions. Why check in is pain ful by asking information again. Id’s cards are handed already then why do you need to fill up the form again? Room- running water with sewage smell, faucet , tub . Wait for couple of minutes before the water can go down the drain....

“Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am. Staff didn't provide any instruction or input to the situation. After the fire department arrived, the alarm was shut off . We were told that it was problem in the mechanical room. Hotel did absolutely nothing to compensate for the situation. Having an important meeting the next day and being awaken in the middle of the night made the next day challenging. I would have thought the hotel would have comp'd breakfast or something.
