“So I needed to change my reservation, but I only gave 20 hours (vice 24 hours) notice--so they charged me for days I wasn't at the location (i.e, a Friday and Saturday night at the beginning of my stay). So I was forced to pay for two nights, that I wasn't in the hotel. Not happy about that, but it is what it is, So before I even arrived on Sunday, they charged the full amount??? They care about money, not the health or happiness of their guests. Recommend you avoid this hotel. We ate the full 4-day cost and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Devens, which was fantastic.”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not good. There appeared to be several individuals living on the property who were openly using drugs and loitering around common areas. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay. The hotel management should do a better job of maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests. I would not stay here again.””

“Close to town for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed Waterhouse and Harlow's Pub. Heard that the Pearl is amazing but did not make it there. Brady's Grill, Beepa and Lulu's Restaurant are in walking distance. Visited Monadnock Eats which is great for grab n go. The last night we enjoyed a firepit at The Riverhouse with family. I forgot the Smores set up which would have been perfect. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast and ease of getting extra towels, Water, Coffee and Ice.”

“The only issue I had in the room that I had was there was paint on the toilet seat paint on the floor and when you sit down to use the toilet. if you look underneath the faucet from the sink you can see all the mold. other than that, oh and the mattress was terrible. other than that it was good”
