“House worked great for us. Definitely be prepared for stairs as the main level for this property is on the second story and the three bedrooms were up another flight on the third floor. The two bathrooms were both on the second floor. Had a rustic old time feel that we enjoyed. The only thing I noticed that could be improved would be some updated bedding. The heating system worked great as it was very cold outside during our day. It was a great location for us, close to the Track at New Balance....

“The house was big, nicely decorated, however, it was not very clean. The furniture was stained, the walls were smeared with paint/marker/crayola (not sure), the coffee pot had coffee grounds and water left behind, some bath towels were stained, the back deck looked like it hadn't been touched in weeks and the pool table, while beautiful, was severely defiled! There were only bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. There were no toiletries available.- we've never been to a vrbo that did not...
