“Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great.”

“Check-in process is a disaster. App is a disaster. I booked (and paid) a clean-up and it wasn’t done. Place is great, location is great Management is terrible. Hope new ownership by Marriott fixes things.”

“The unit smelled like cigarette smoke and was not well appointed at all. The property address given was not the one where I was to stay. Instead I had to walk to a building two blocks away which was not as nice. The neighborhood felt dicey to me.”

“Overall, our stay was fine. The apartment is quite large with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This was nice. The only negative points I had was not being able to get into the apartment bc the code didn't work. We got to the apartment at midnight after all day of driving and we had kids with us so not being able to get into the apartment caused a little bit of panick and heartburn. Eventually, the owner called me and reset the code so it all worked out. The only other thing is that the access...
