“Everything was better than expected. Great location, nice comfortable room, and good customer support. I had an unexpected accident in my room and they offered solutions on the phone to overcome the problem that they don't have anybody onsite.”

“This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. “So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this...

“Staying here was a lovely retreat for our family. Easy access to Boston via car or metro just next door (a bit of non- bothersome train noise at apartment. Everything you need to cook for the family in the well stocked kitchen. Whole Foods close by. Local shops and restaurants across the street. Owner is personable and responsive- would highly recommend.”
