She was so friendly and welcoming, and she continued to greet us when we walked through the lobby during the evening. “Rooms are nice. Friendly staff. 3 am fire alarm was not good.”

“I had to ask several times for towel replacements and the dirty towels removed. I was waiting to shower until I received my towels. I asked for house keeping and never received it. I don’t recall the woman’s name at the front desk who took it upon herself to get me towels. She went above and beyond her duties to take care of that for me.”

After only a few nights, my body was covered in bedbug bites, and the mattress showed clear signs of infestation and poor hygiene. “Parking is ok. The price for the room is understandable, you get what u pay for right. They don't charge you a deposit, an you just basically paying for the price of the room... over all, i will book them again. And they do have smoking rooms too...”
