“I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff.”

“Hot tub was not even warm. We were told it couldn’t be fixed. Appearance of the hotel and room has a lot of room for improvements.”

“Shower was scalding hot and only got hotter, bathtub had pubes in it, fire alarm sounded while we were in bed and no one answered the phone at when I called the desk so had to walk to the front desk at 145am to fix it. All while I had to get up for work at 6am.”

“Filthy! Bed was made. Bed bug feces on mattress, bed skirt was stretched out and had been stepped on, dirty, floor wasnt swept, shower was disgusting with splatters of dirty soda. Scum and bathtub was not even rinsed out, pubic hair around the toilet, refrigerator dirty, microwave dirty, white substance crusted on the recliner, the recliner had filthy sweaty dirt stains on the arms, thank goodness he brought towels so I could cover the desk chair to study. The trash can didn’t have a liner and...

“I requested a non smoking room but it still smelled horrible the carpets throughout the hotel were nasty. The smell of weed reeked the whole floor. The bed was clean but not very comfortable. It’s an old property and you get what you pay for. The pool area is nice but is not heated due to issues with the heater the hot tub also is not hot. Staff was ok for the most part didn’t really have interaction with them. Breakfast is grab and go sandwiches and stuff like that.”

“Rooms and property were very clean! Bed was comfortable. I held back one star because the room is stuffy when A/C is not running..makes a big difference! I would have preferred a quite room without running the A/C but found it stuffy when I turned if off. Perhaps the carpet needs to be shampooed. I would stay here again and recommned it.”

“Our room wasn’t very clean. There were cob webs in the corners of the room with many dead bugs in them. The walls above the shower had many hairs stuck on the wall.”

“The beds were super comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was extremely nice and over all it was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Enid, OK”

“Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional.”
