“Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn at Steele Creek. We booked a king-size bedroom with a pull-out sofa for one night before flying out of CLT the next morning. Our room was on the first floor directly across from the patio/pool access hallway. The room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom shower did look like it could use some cosmetic repairs. “I didn't like people slamming their room doors between 11:30 pm to 1:30 am and doing it again early in the morning and wake me up Bed mattress and pillows not comfortable and A/C not working properly. I'll never ever stay there again, no matter what how clean was the room or how nice the staff was. Also they are under Extended Stay America because they don't provide you with kitchen stuff,like pots , silverware and a toaster. They should have a person 24/7 in that property to address all isues.”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”
