“I booked a nights stay with my family. Upon arrival front desk insisted they are not active on hotels. Com and made me a new reservation with a much higher rate. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience ”

“Dstv not renewed, no internet service,mosquitos everywhere major parts of the reason i cut my stay short ”

“Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Staf are wonderful and the airport shuttle is so good. Can't understand why more people do not stay here.Lovely swimming pool; not large but great for cooling down so if you've not tried this place, give it a go. Pharmacist 300yds away, Forex. even nearer and area feels so safe.l”

“the room was very noisy, at 5 in the morning you could not sleep because of the noise, the sink was broken and very small, there was only one bathroom towel, not a very good experience”
