“Upon arrival the staff at the reception was discussing some other person instead of attending to checking me in. They had to be redirected to their job in order for them to pay me any attention. The room I was given turned out to have ants on the bed. Thankfully I got moved into a different room by one of the more responsible and attentive staff members. I showed them my reservation but service was terrible. I had driven almost an hour to get to this place mind you. I found another hotel hill view hotel in McCarthy hills that was a much better experience ”
