Hotel vicino a Cattedrale della Trinità - Accra

“I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing”

“La stanza doveva essere leggermente più grande. Per il resto tutto bene. Pulizia, gentilezza. Ma quello che è pure importante è il posto centrale dell'albergo che permette facilmente di spostarsi ovunque ad Accra o restare a OSU dove trovi tutto quello di cui hai bisogno per un soggiorno piacevole ”

“Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example).”

“Cibo pulizia ma wifi deve essere piu potente”

“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”

“ Roaches in the room”

“Room needs proper renovation”

“We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact.”

“Clean and comfortable hotel with free wi-fi internet connection and all modern facilities. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting Accra. Airport shuttle service worked very well. I easily found the Novotel agent at the airport and we arrived at the hotel in about 15mins. Cause of the intense traffic, it is advisable to leave the hotel in time when going back to Kotoka airport (it took me 1 hour). Hotel staff is well trained, kind and helpful. The standard room has a double bed and a...

“I stayed at Solaris Cozy Haven from September 20 to October 3, 2026, and the experience fell short of what I expected. During my stay, I dealt with internet problems and electrical issues. At one point, the entire front room had no power, and the bathroom lighting was not working properly. I had to shower in the dark. The host said maintenance was working on the lights, but I was not given a clear time for the repair. Housekeeping was also disappointing. I was told it would come every other...

“The water pressure was so bad that my shower didn't work until the evening. The wireless connection was poor. The staff member who helped me at checkin (after a long busride when all I wanted was to relax and have a shower) was rude, and I had to convince then that I had a paid reservation, even though I was showing them on my phone! (I had to buy phone credits to show them since their wireless wasn't working!!) The staff member I interacted with the next day, the manager, was much more...
