“A beautiful hotel, with a decent array of restaurants. Another pool is needed as there are a lot of non residents who decide to venture in for the day. Breakfast in the executive lounge is not worth the money as the spread pales in comparison to the offerings in the main restaurant”

“Room was small but okay if we considera the rate I paid for the room. The staff should consider the guests when they start their daily operations around 6:30 am. Couldn’t sleep well. Great location. Decent gym but treadmills shall be replaced with better equipment. ”

“The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great as well. The only downside is that the room was not clean at all. The shower was very dirty and kitchen countertops were not cleaned.”

“there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself.”

“Overall, the check-in process was cumbersome, given that we had to go into the lobby, take an elevator down to the garage, go to another building, then up to the unit we booked. The check-in attendant was not forthcoming about their knowledge of the presence of cockroaches at Chateau Towers. There wasn't an iron readily available in the unit and we were in a hurry to make it to an evening obligation-- this caused a delay. This was a very inconvenient experience.”

“I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel.
