“We were pleasantly surprised at how big the rooms were. The location was great. Close to everything. And it was nice and quiet. It was nice & clean too. Ned was comfy. It was a good deal for the money. There were a couple of suggestions I made to the owner such as the need for a comfy chair in the livingroom, and the need for a few more hand towels and dish towels in the kitchen and bathroom & maybe a casserole dish and a mixing bowl in the kitchen. “Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that.”
