Hotel staff isn't onsite 24hours, but the key allows access after hours. Breakfast didn't offer hot pastries, which was disappointing but we had just stayed in Athens prior so perhaps our expectations were high. We thought the AC didn't work, but after consulting the staff we figured how to operate it. Nice patio...
