“To start, the host was rude and acted like he didn't care about 3 groups of people checking in. He did not say hello or thank you to any of us. We checked in at 3:00pm and the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. After inspecting our room, there was a huge yellow stain on the sheet. “Wendy at the front desk was very kind. She was the best thing at this hotel. Unfortunately we had to cancel and go to another location. Our room had holes in the wall, toothpaste stains on the carpet the sheets were unclean the toilet was clogged the elevator was not working as well as the handrails in the elevator were broken and very creepy people outside the front smoking marijuana. “Problem checking in with the credit card - spent waay to much time staff figuring out the computer problem.”

“The room was good enough, but we couldn't use the gym because kids were in there throwing balls, hanging on the equipment, running around and being loud. This was around 9:30 pm and even the early morning as well. The ice maker in the room didnt work. We also didnt realize there wasn't a continental breakfast. We did get free ground coffee. That was a plus.”

“Greeted at front desk as I walked in for check in. Staff are friendly and helpful and the lobby is a great spot for getting together with a small group in the evening to catch up. Breakfast options provided were typically for continental breakfast. Overall a great location and would stay here again.”

“The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.”

“This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in for a long time!! We were so impressed that I joined Marriot Club!🌞 The room was spacious and had a nice Small kitchen with a apartment size frig with ice maker. Beds are very comfortable even the fold out couch bed was good. Shower was very nice!! Breakfast was over the top!! Close walking distance to events, restaurants, bars, and other activities!! Will definitely stay there again if in Omaha!!🌞🌞 ”

“The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”
