“We had to wait 1/2 hour for someone to return to the front desk before we could check in. The sidewalk at the front was chipped, broken, and hard to roll carts/suitcases over. The entire hotel, even our room, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There was pet odor in the room. The carpeting in the hallways was widely stained. The mattress was sagging toward the center of the bed. The floor tiles in the bathroom were cracked and loose. Even the toilet was loose and wobbly. I have stayed at...

“It could be better!! Sheets were clean but they need to update for what they are charging and have better amenities”

“Air conditioning was good but the cleaning was bad because for those who booked to stay for two to three or more days their rooms are not clean up. The management need to improve from this. Because hygiene is number one priority.”

“We had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of parking, and great breakfast! The only complaint was that the room felt a little damp, likely from the lack of fan in the bathroom. However, it wasn’t bad enough to negatively impact our stay.”

“I loved the kitchen, however the elevator stopped working the last 4 days of my trip! staff were nonchalant about it. I will stay at a hotel with daily housekeeping services. Cleanliness is top priority for me. I had to haul 3 suitcases down the stairs at checkout. The gym sanitary wipes were out all 9 days of my stay.”

“Water pressure is awful, took me an extra 20 minutes to get my hair rinsed. Housekeeping is every other day so if you need towels, water, or clean sheets you are out of luck and have to buy water from store at double price. Pool occupancy is 9, so if you go down there and there is a birthday party happening like we did you are out of luck and can't swim. Hotel was clean, nice and surroundings were good. The parking is good other than when it rains it floods. Not sure we will stay again but again...

“Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. We had a dog (140 lbs) with us and they have a small grassy area near the building that worked great. The area seemed a little sketchy.
