"Did ask about credit card use, just charged card on file. No pool towels. Same breakfast everyday, change up main selections offer scrambled eggs and bacon. Our daughter got a room and one plug was melted, no one should have been in that room until plug repaired. Ice machine only worked on one floor. ..."

Hampton Inn Omaha/West Dodge Road (Old Mill)
"We had a loud noise with our ac and told the staff and they said they would send maintenance to check on it. But nothing was done. Also we requested a room cleaning on Saturday and they didn’t clean our room. They did clean on Sunday to makeup for Saturday. Also had many problems with the water pressure ..."
