“We arrived late after a long day of events, only to find out that Embassy had overbooked their rooms, leaving us without 2 of our 3 rooms reserved. They did send us over to their sister hotel, for the same fee…. Which meant we went from a two room suite to a small one room stay… not quite the same thing at all for the same price! Secondly, we got a call the next morning telling us we needed to get out of our rooms, because they overbooked in that hotel, and they needed our rooms to be freed...

“The room was clean, the property was clean, easy smooth check-in. I gave the staff a lower rating for a few different reasons. When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. Didn't get a greeting, until he got up to check us in. And twice I went to the desk (during the night) and there was no one there, waited and waited and nothing. “Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

“staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen.”

“Good for an overnight stay. It looked like kids were having fun in the pool area. Bedding was pretty old with some stains. Floor in the room was pretty dirty and there was dog hair all over the edge of the beds. ”
