“Ian, the night desk clerk was very helpful and pleasant. This morning Jeff and a young lady were both very friendly and helpful as well. They pointed out things of interest to me, I heard them doing the same to other travelers, and I heard Jeff asking other travelers what they thought of things they did the previous day. When we first walked in, I found it odd the night person who works the desk was glued to his phone on the chairs a couple feet away from the desk. Didn't get a greeting, until he got up to check us in. And twice I went to the desk (during the night) and there was no one there, waited and waited and nothing. “The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.”

“staff were minimal help when i had a question, zero follow up, felt like there were “long term guests” that lived there which felt intimidating when arriving back late at night. our trailer was broke into at night fortunately it was empty so nothing was stolen.”

“This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in for a long time!! We were so impressed that I joined Marriot Club!🌞 The room was spacious and had a nice Small kitchen with a apartment size frig with ice maker. Beds are very comfortable even the fold out couch bed was good. Shower was very nice!! Breakfast was over the top!! Close walking distance to events, restaurants, bars, and other activities!! Will definitely stay there again if in Omaha!!🌞🌞 ”

Breakfast options provided were typically for continental breakfast. Overall a great location and would stay here again.”
