“The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

“Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

“This was the worst hotel we ever tried to stay in got there checked in went to our room the room was trashed and had to use the stairs Elevator didn’t work we got another room this one only had sheets on it no pillow cases no blankets it looked like where someone would stay if you wanted to buy drugs or rent a hooker I cried in the parking lot i was so scared luckily we was able to get another room at there baumont hotel next door we are going to try and get our money back through PayPal I do...
