“The place is clean. Room is very clean and everything work perfectly. The front desk lady is super friendly, happy, and super nice when she check us in. Price is great to stay on 4th of July week. Location is at the center of everything we wanted.”

“The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room”

“Breakfast was very good. The coffee was not even warm . We had to microwave it. Also, no one was cleaning up after customers using the breakfast area. Room was clean and very cold at first. Parking was minimal, but I suppose the next parking lot was usable since the hotel was next to 2 other hotels.”

“A great budget hotel. It was clean and felt safe. There was always someone at the front desk. We would stay there again.”

“It seemed a little expensive for the price. It’s a very older building, the room smelled of mold and everything was outdated. If you are just looking for a place to rest up with no expectations. It’s good for you.”

“We loved our stay and wished it was longer. The pool and grill area was beautiful. The front desk lady was super nice. Breakfast was great too!”

“This is a great property. They have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, 24 hr airport shuttle and the little and big waffles! Four stars bc of the shower fixture - very little pressure. I think it was just one room tho- the sink pressure was fine.”

“Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.”

“Breakfast was great. Wish there were a couple of umbrellas by the pool to get out of the sun if desired. Couch bed was very uncomfortable due to thin mattress so you felt the bars under your back. Everything was clean and quiet and we will be back. Highly recommend! ”

“Room had a hole in the bathroom, room smelled as smoke. Offered with breakfast and at 8 am it was empty of food. Really bad”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”

“Held an additional $50 from my credit card with no “good” explanation & still haven’t received it back yet. Bathtub was disgusting and flaking off big chunks. TV remote had no batteries, second remote had different size batteries. Stairwell carpeting was super nasty. Otherwise it was a bed for the night.”
