“Hotel di grande charme, bellissimo! Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la camera che appariva in foto al momento della prenotazione perché Expedia ha prenotato una camera inferiore di livello.”

Nice style. 3) Tasty food. Lots on offer 4) Beautiful surroundings/pool area. 5) One party member unwell during stay and staff were very helpful in sourcing medical support. Negatives: 1) Had to move rooms because there was a significant wasp problem in our private pool - told it was because it is a jungle...

“Very well maintained and managed property. Fully accommodating to guests. There are also other things to do on the property like horse riding and petting animals. Highly recommend to anyone who wishes to have a luxury private stay!”

“Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant! ”

“It was a three 3 star hotel. They said they had a lot of things, but did not have them. No hairdryers in the hotel at all. The pool was dirty and the restaurant was none exsistence. We were given a menu.but most items were not available. It was mostly a 2 star. Would not book again. ”
