“To begin, upon checking in, the staff was very polite and helpful. The parking is easy access and free. Upon entering the room, it smells clean. Love the flooring. The bathrooms are clean. The towels are clean and fresh and the bedding is excellent. The decor is also very modern and up-to-date. This is our go to Hotel every time we come to Reno. “Me and my son came for the weekend for a memorial basketball tournament. Upon our arrival, our room had already been paid for prior to check-in. “My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”
