“Clean room, simple 1 night stay.”

“Very clean rooms, and located a in a nice and convenient location, the bathroom is too small and hard to walk around. We wish breakfast could be included.”

“Ci abbiamo dormito una notte di passaggio. La città è caratteristica e mantiene gli edifici di un tempo, magari non tutti ristrutturati. Così anche il sugarloaf. Per qualche ora ti sempre di esser trsportato nell'antico ed un poco sgarrupato far west. Comunque divertente”

“The AC is too noisy”

“The room was a good size and all of the amenities were very comfortable. There was NO smell of smoke in my room or the hallways; even walking through the casino to exit wasn't too bad. The gym was a decent size as well and had a variety of cardio, machines, and one small rack of free weights. Machines were a bit outdated and could all use an update but I still was able to get a good workout in. They have both covered and uncovered pool areas...the covered pool is enclosed by a see-through...

“We love this place to stay at when we visit family. We always have wonderful service. There is always someone at the front desk day and night. My only complaint would be there is no water pressure late evenings. We think this may be because it’s when they are doing the laundry possibly. But other than that it’s a great place to stay and good value for the money. It’s so convenient to have microwave and full size fridge too. We will definitely stay again.”

“Both tenants didn't like the fact that the mattress in this room was very old. The springs were popping, the bed was so hard (and we both like firm beds) but this was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were smaller than a standard twin pillow and they were very hard. They has 6 small pillows on the bed. Woke up tired and with a headache and stiff back. Usually you can't get me out of motels beds so comfortable but this bed terrible.”

“The room was large and clean with a nice view of the lake Not a fan of the check-in process, though, and how there was no one manning the front desk. I called and spoke with someone (as the protocol dictated) but they didn't send me the email or text with my room code that they promised would be sent "right away." I had to call them back after 15 minutes and then wait on hold for them to answer before they resent it. This is very impersonal and inconvenient check in system in my opinion. Not...

“It was a cute room and it was clean. But it’s not very well lit outside if you wanted to go to the casino at night. Also, there is no on-site gift shop and no on-site food at all! So it was a problem that I forgot my toothbrush and I was hungry. There’s no refrigerator in the room either so you can’t keep food there. It’s good if you don’t wanna spend a lot of time in your room and you’re not looking for food close by.”
