員工親切有禮貌，值得誇獎。這次入住被安排為一晚兒童旅館樓中樓，一晚巧克力旅館樓中樓。樓中樓是我過往最喜歡的房型，有趣而且符合家庭需求。但是兒童旅館的電梯潮濕味重，走道燈光昏暗，陽台圍欄破損，飯店沒有盡到維護的責任。後來因為維修因素要求我們換到巧克力飯店，一樣的房型，但是整體設施品質好很多。 戶外泳池一如往常的美麗，冬天去還是覺得太冷，沒有下水，但光是在旁邊的座椅休息都覺得很享受。室內spa也是冷水，能不能享受就見仁見智。怕冷的人還有一個小小的溫水，以及室外兩個小溫泉池。不過室內spa池看起來很有年代感，三天行程孩子們只進去過一次就謝謝不聯絡了。 ...

We were greeted by very friendly staff late at night. There are activities in the FREE(!) fun zone to entertain toddlers and smaller kids but still some entertainment value for low teens, including a video screen that you pop things by touching them, and a small trampoline area with marshmallow pit ...
