“The property is very clean, and I like the style and design. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The water filling stations on every floor were very convenient. My only complaint is that the food at the diner is quite expensive.”

“I phoned Marriot about sorting out an accessible room as the showers in standard rooms aren't suitble. but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Sadly, because I phoned, I had no proof via email, so the receptionist was like 'sorry, but it wasn't asked for'”

“Positives - fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff Lovely suite… Negatives - £250 security deposit that I didn’t know about so I didn’t plan for. But it’s fine. Was refunded at check out. The hot water in my shower wasn’t hot at all. Lukewarm at the best. Worst thing about the whole hotel experience”

“Beautiful hotel in a great location and the staff were kind enough to let us work from the bar until our rooms were ready. Valet parking was easy. Pre-check in was fine but check in when our rooms were ready was a faff and took longer than it should have as the staff were repeating the steps completed at pre check in. My room was lovely but very noisy so windows are single pane (the hotel is a listed building) but there was what sounded like construction noise outside/nearby all night which...
