“The best stay I have ever had”

“The atmosphere was amazing! The only thing that I was surprised by...the slide for the kids wasn't open and it was at the end of May. The Hotel is very conveniently located near some wonderful restaurants and shopping so we stayed very busy and wish we could have stayed longer to try out more things. We spent every morning on the beach and every afternoon at the beautiful pool in a cabana, then a different restaurant every evening...such a wonderful time!”

“Our room was clean upon arrival. However, there were 4 of us, we took it upon ourselves to straighten the sheets every day, but the maids did not straighten what we had done or change the linen the entire time we were there. We were there 4 nights, not sure if this is new Hilton policy on water conservation but for $425 a night it was expected. They only emptied trash cans & left fresh towels. Then had a tip QR code by the bed. The view is nice. Breakfast is ok however with the amount...

“Property and All Staff were Excellent Housekeeping is terrible, always asking for towels never getting facial clothes. Come from golf and needed to shower before dinner always having to ask for towels”
