The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property.”

“We had a great stay! The rental was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, and we especially appreciated the private walk to the beach. Communication before our stay was clear and helpful, and it was a nice surprise to get a call on check-in day letting us know the place was ready early. We’d definitely stay here again!”

“The space worked well for our family of 17. Kitchen is well stocked. An extra bath towel would have been nice but having a washer and dryer helped. The bunk beds are best for preteen and under so the 2 teens that slept on them were a little cramped. There were some boards on top deck that were loose and a few rusty nails on second deck but overall a great place. Loved the private walkway, pool, hot tub, and rec room. James responded quickly to all my texts. We left happy and content. ”

“Kitchen was equipped with lots of large bowls and serving platters. Plenty of plates and flatware for a large group (14). The pool was great and the hot tub was fantastic. Grocery store and fantastic ice cream place within a few blocks walk. Beach access was just a block away. 2 refrigerators was nice to have. ”

“Very nice property a short walk to the beach. The three year old had no problem with the walk both ways even after spending a couple hours at the beach. Beach is uncrowded and plenty of space for everyone. The place is very comfortable and clean and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.”

“The property was exceptional! It supplied everything we could even think of needing. I LOVED the CLEANLINESS of the home- No dust on the blinds or baseboards!...No hair on the floor or in the shower!..No crumbs left on the kitchen counters! IMMACULATE home! Worth every dime and then some! It did not disappoint! The proximity to restaurants as well as the beach was a plus.The host, Patrick, provided excellent communication from start to finish!!!
