Newly built! Heated pool & hot tub, walk to beach

  • Welcome to the newly constructed "Shorebreak" house, a stylish and clean beach house located in the heart of Nags Head. You'll be just steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach.

    This 4 bedroom beach house has ample space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. Lounge by the saltwater pool or soak in the hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced, and dogs are welcome.

    Your own private hot tub is open year-round to soak in, and the private pool is available and heated April - November (pool heat is free).

    Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze (firewood provided).

    Top floor:

    - Bedroom 1 - king bed with en suite primary bathroom w/shower
    - Bedroom 2 - king bed
    - Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of double bunks (twin over twin)
    - Hall bathroom with tub/shower combo and double vanity

    Mid-level floor:

    - Living room with 85 inch tv
    - Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably
    - Additional seating outdoors and at kitchen island
    - 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has an in-room kitchenette.
    - Extra capacity full washer and dryer

    Ground level:

    - Heated saltwater pool (open April - November)
    - Hot tub (open year round
    - Fully fenced backyard
    - Beach gear
    - Beach cruiser bikes (6 bikes)
    - Chairs and umbrellas
    - Wood burning fire pit
    - Gas grill
    - Outdoor shower

    We supply:

    - Bed linens and bath towels
    - Beach towels
    - 8 beach chairs and umbrellas for you to use
    - Coolers
    - Beach cart that rolls on sand

    The house can accommodate up to 2 dogs with a non-refundable pet fee. The pet fee is automatically included in the nightly rate when you select that you are bringing pets.

    The door code is provided at the check-in time on the day of arrival.

    We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house.

    - laundry pods and dryer sheets

This house was amazing and made our vacation! They have thought of just about everything, from charger outlets throughout the house to the beach items from surfboards to chairs and umbrellas. The location cannot be beat, food market around the corner and 5 minute walk to the beach (and ice cream!). Awesome house and great hosts.

House was exactly as depicted and was beautiful. Pool and backyard were perfect for the kids and dog. Didn’t have the greatest weather so the hot tub was great to have. All bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and supplied with sheets, towels, soap and shampoo !! Loved how close the beach, ice cream, and coffee shops were.

The house and outside areas were very clean. The backyard was fenced in and our dogs loved to hang out by the pool with us! There are so many outdoor areas for people to gather! Loved our stay!

We truly lucked out finding this gem! The home and the host exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with just about everything we needed, so we didn’t have to bring nearly as much as we expected.The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. After spending time at the beach each day, my kids and I spent hours relaxing and playing in the pool. We also loved grilling, enjoying meals on the patio, and spending quality time together in the backyard during the beautiful summer weather.This is the perfect place for a family vacation. There were plenty of games to keep the kids entertained, and every detail made us feel comfortable and welcome. The home was immaculate from top to bottom and truly deserves more than five stars.This property made our vacation incredibly special, and we’re so grateful for all the thoughtful touches the host provided. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful family getaway.

We had a wonderful stay in Nags Head, North Carolina! The house was beautiful, spacious, and accommodated our family perfectly. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including toiletries, kitchen supplies, towels, and beach equipment, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free.One of our favorite features was how dog-friendly the property was. The fenced-in backyard gave our two dogs plenty of space to run and play while we relaxed by the pool. It was such a relief knowing they could safely enjoy the outdoors with us.The beach was absolutely beautiful and only a short walk away, making it easy to spend our days enjoying the sand and ocean. We also appreciated the heated pool, which was the perfect temperature on the cooler days and allowed us to swim comfortably throughout our stay.The location was fantastic. Having a grocery store nearby was very convenient, and one of our favorite daily traditions became walking to the ice cream shop just around the corner after spending the day at the beach and pool.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-equipped, family-friendly, and in a perfect location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nags Head!
