“Very cute efficiency. Very clean and in all our travels few rivaled the over the top amenities. One of the best stocked, most welcoming. Great patio in the back to sit with friends from town. Parking right outside our door. We were unsure if we were bringing our dog, turns out we didn't have to, but you have to smile when you see doggie bowls waiting too. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The room smelled like stale and newly smoked cigarettes. The room was cleaned the bed was made and bathroom was cleaned. We ended up leaving after about 20 minutes due to the smell and we both could not breath due to the smell. The ad says smoke free but it is not. You can also hear the owners walking upstairs and the bed is super noisy with each move you make. The breakfast is some muffins and they have some coffee and creamer in the fridge. The owners did refund the room rate and ...

“The apartment is great! Simple, clean, comfortable, and a great location. Parking is easy on the street or in a nearby parking garage. The door lock to the apt is a bit tricky getting in and out, but the hosts were readily available to help. A couple goofy things like there was only 1 fork and the cooking utensils were sparse. The shower is nice, although the shower door is hard to open from the inside (no handle!).Overall this is a fantastic place to stay! ”

Kurtis R.

14. "City View " super cozy downtown Loft apartment

“This apartment was absolutely perfect. The pictures and information on this property were 100% accurate. Was a great location, close to restaurants and IU campus. On-site private parking and easy check in was amazing. Host was traveling but still responsive to a question about checking in early. As stated in other reviews it is on a somewhat busy street so there is some street noise, so if that bothers you it may be less than ideal. Unfortunately and sad there are some homeless in this area but...

“This is a great little spacious spot for visiting with friends in Bloomington Getting into the key box, we were given the wrong code. Once we were able to get in touch with someone, they were very helpful and gave us the correct lock box code.I would recommend placing something over the slider door in the kitchen. The guests next to us were outside on back deck and able to see us watching tv on couch.Overall, I would definitely come back and stay again. Very spacious and loved that all...
