The rooms were clean as usual, the staff is always great. We had a great stay and we especially like the shuttle buses that run to the Brown County Music Center for the concerts. We just wished you could get food after the concerts.

The hotel was very convenient for a concert across the street. The room was clean, but when we got in, the balcony door was open (in December) and it took me and my friend several minutes to get it to latch properly.
