Questo adorabile cottage sulla spiaggia è il più vicino possibile per dirigere il golfo senza essere golfo! Raggiungere la spiaggia richiede una passeggiata di 30 secondi senza attraversare strade. Questo ti dà il vantaggio di essere davanti al Golfo senza pagare le tariffe extra!

Questa casa è stata rinnovata nel 2017 ed è il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le vacanze. L'intero interno della casa è stato dipinto e i pavimenti in legno sono stati rifiniti con una bella lucentezza! Ha anche ricevuto una nuova illuminazione, nuovi mobili, tutti i nuovi letti e nuovi arredi! L'atmosfera generale della casa è stata progettata per riflettere gli elementi naturali della spiaggia. I vacanzieri apprezzeranno le trame naturali e gli elementi rilassanti che si trovano in tutta la costa del Golfo.
Il livello principale della casa ha una grande sala grande, sala da pranzo e combinazione di cucina. Questo concetto aperto è perfetto per i gruppi perché ti consente di riunirti guardando la TV, giocando o mangiando. Il soggiorno ha grandi divani comodi (di cui uno è un divano letto matrimoniale), uno schermo piatto di buone dimensioni e un bellissimo camino. La sala da pranzo ha un nuovo tavolo da fattoria con panche su entrambi i lati e due sedie finali per consentire posti a sedere per 10. L'isola cucina offre anche 3 posti a sedere. La sala da pranzo si apre su un bel ponte con una griglia a gas per la vostra comodità.
Questo livello principale ha anche una preziosa camera a castello con un letto personalizzato a tre livelli che è un successo immediato con i bambini. Il letto ha una regina sul fondo con due gemelli accatastati in cima che consente di dormire per 4. Questa camera da letto si collega anche al bagno di livello principale che è un bagno completo con doccia.
L'ultimo piano della casa ha tre camere da letto aggiuntive, due bagni e una lavanderia. La camera da letto principale ha un bellissimo letto king size personalizzato e un letto matrimoniale Murphy. Questa camera dispone anche di un grande schermo piatto, un ampio bagno interno e un balcone privato fuori dalle porte scorrevoli in vetro. Le altre due camere hanno entrambe letti queen size, ampi armadi e TV a schermo piatto, queste due camere condividono un bagno full-size che ha una combinazione vasca / doccia.
Sotto la casa, troverai un piacevole spazio a sfioro con spazio per appendere. Il proprietario ha fornito buca per il mais e alcuni altri giochi esterni per far divertire i vacanzieri!

Wonderful Family Vacation House

Most importantly, the house was a very short walk to the beach. The house was well equipped and the rooms were good. The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as being at home, but what is?

SeaEsta Stay

Our stay was very nice, we enjoyed the house, and we ended up having 11 family members instead of the planned 13. The bunk room was awesome for the teens and one took to the couch. We didn't let the couch out for the bed because we could not find any bed sheets or cover for it. Nor could we any for the hide-a-bed in the master bedroom, which was pretty neat. But other than that we felt we could make do without calling anyone so we did. The only other thing was that there was not a shower outside but a broken hose at the spicket. So rinsed our legs the best we could before going in. None of this hindered us from having a great time, the proximity to the beach was awesome, met some great people during the stay! We will be back next year!

Navarre Beach 👍

The house was nice and the pictures online are a good representation! Everyone enjoyed our stay very much! It’s basically on the beach which is nice too! For a house that allows dogs, it was very clean and had no pet smells either which I appreciated!! The only things I’d recommend is to maybe have 6-8 beach chairs for guests to use and to clean up the outside area around the house. The landscape around the house has a lot of scrubby plants, but some have stickers which aren’t good for human (even wearing flip flops) or pet feet and there is some trash/construction debris littered around. So maybe trim and pickup could/should be done around the yard area?? Property Management was easy to reach and very helpful prior to our visit too. The house was great and we had a great time and would book again if we visit Navarre again!

Great house

This house and its location was perfect for us. 4 adults, 4 teens, and 3 children. The only drawback was that there were no blankets. Had we known we would have brought our own. Everything else wonderful!

Not as described or pictured.

Some pics look nothing like the house. Bedrooms and bathrooms specifically. The beds are in terrible shape. The bedding is old and paper thin. The bathrooms smell and there is mold. The closets barely open and are full of junk. The upstairs had dirty clothes in it. We stay In Navarre every year and this was not worth the money. Look elsewhere.

Great Navarre Beach rental

House worked well for our group of 13 mixed ages. Communication with management was excellent. The only improvement would be to add another hot water tank or a larger one. For this many people, there’s not enough hot water for showers without waiting. Other than that, it was excellent.

Just What We Needed

This was a GREAT property! We enjoyed ourselves SO much! The property was clean when we arrived, and we REALLY enjoyed the beach chairs and proximity of the house to the beach! Our kids even went to the local firehouse and got a tour from the nice firemen and women on a day where the weather wasn't favorable. It was a great time!

Great location

The house was in a great location, but the furniture was in very bad condition. Couches were so used that you could feel the springs in the seating, also very dirty. Beds were equally terrible. We were not in the house very much thankfully unless it was raining. There was a lot of old water damage from something that happened at some point in most of the cabinets. The furniture should really be addressed with the amount of rent being charged.

Great Location

Overall the house was very nice. Location was fabulous! House was very clean and everything was as listed and pictured. The bunk beds were absolutely perfect for our kids. Plenty of chairs on the porch for all of us to hang in the mornings and evenings. However, the house definitely had some wear. The couches need to be replaced. Also the closets had lots of stuff in them, like paint cans, light bulbs, bikes, etc. They weren't usable for our stuff during our stay. The hot water ran out after a few showers. No closet in the master bedroom. One thing we really needed in the house was a vacuum!.. With sand and kids it would have been great for quick clean-ups instead of a broom. Minor things, but would have made the trip better. But overall it was a great stay.

Family Christmas at Navarre Beach

Our family gathered from Atlanta and Austin to celebrate Christmas at the beach. The house was well suited to our group with plenty of gathering space. The wrap around porch is nice. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We found that we had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The beach is gorgeous and just a minute's walk from the house. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Location

House considering its age was in good shape and well kept. Location was perfect. We were there during what is consider winter months and not much traffic so the noise from the road not a problem and I am not sure how it will be in the busy summer season. We enjoyed our stay the only improvement the house needs are the mattresses. Everyone felt the mattresses in the room need replacement. Everyone said the same thing you end up rolling to the center. That is an easy fix & only reason giving a 4 star overall, otherwise location and house were great.

Family vacation

Perfect family vacation!

We rented this home for a week at the beach with our 7 children, my parents, and my aunt. It was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to the beach throughout the day, and we could take turns running back to the house for kids to nap, grab snacks, etc. All of the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The party crowd at the condo next door got a little loud one evening, but you couldn't hear it inside the house. We will definitely be back!
