“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“The Hampton Inn in Marlborough, MA was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The breakfast was solid; the only thing that I'd change would be to have bacon at the breakfast (they might normally, but it was sausage on the one morning of my stay). Very convenient location with several restaurant options right up the street. Looked like there was plenty of parking; I had no problem getting a spot right near the front entrance when checking in around 6:30 pm or after coming back from dinner a...

“The room smelled like someone smoked in it, the blinds were falling off, there was a hole in bathroom door that was plastered, 1 shampoo container, 3 light bulbs didn't work, tape on the walls. Braekfast was a joke, muffin and granola bar, no place top eat. People at desk always seemed to be busy. Hallways were dark and dirty will never stay at an Extendd Stay again”

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Very pleasant and helpful staff.Gentlman who checked us in was an exceptional employee. Great high pressure shower. Room and bathroom need a detailed cleaning, room is dimly lit. Limited parking in front of building, parking in back is inconvenient for entry. Seating in breakfast is stained beyond cleaning”
