“This hotel has a spare, modern and utilitarian vibe. Our room was well-appointed. It is located downtown within walking distance of the quay. It was a bit of a challenge after leaving the hotel, as the roads can be fairly confusing for folks not familiar with the area.”

“Good location. Lovely design to the room. Huge and comfortable bed… nice view of the Tyne… nice details like free soft drinks in the mini-bar… We were very happy.”

“Always one of our favourites. Staff are always amazing, restaurant and bar are beautifully done and the rooms are so individual to other hotels, they have personality and you feel fully relaxed.”

“Very spacious room. Bed could have been a little more comfortable but was adequate. Close to many walkable sites. The room access cards kept failing once or twice a day which was annoying but all the staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry was a pain as it was very expensive and had to be provided to them by 8am if you wanted it back the same day. We took an Uber to a coin laundry and it took an hour and was cheaper including the cost of the Uber there and back”

“Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”

The room and facilities were clean and functional, and the bed was comfortable with no noise issues. Staff at the front desk were lovely and friendly - overall a great simple stay. ”
