“DISGUSTING! I don’t know how they charge money for this place. The “No Smoking” signs posted all over the property were a joke; people were literally smoking in the hallways. It smelt and looked like a dumpster. I traveled with my two girls and they were scared; I had to demand an escort. It was just a layover, and after getting there, we should have stayed in the airport. ”

“There was zero water pressure. Difficult to even shower. Water in sink only came out very hot. I picked this location only because how close it is to the Inter Miami stadium….15 mins walking. ”

“Dinner staff were amazing, when I was checking in one of the front desks (the man) was swearing loudly to be heard through the lobby. The lady was kind. Room was kinda oddly smelling, didn’t realize until we got there there was parking fee. ”

“The gym only holds 2 treadmills am not even sure of the pool was in operation , what seems to be the pool was fully covered ”

“Decent hotel for a short stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy and the decor in the lobby is very nice. When it came to the room the bed was very comfortable and plenty of space in the room however, I felt kind of crammed in the shower. The balcony has a nice view but it’s a very small balcony and there’s no privacy with the other balcony’s next to you. Also, daily house keeping is on request for an additional charge. All in all, I would stay again but only for a short stay.”

“If you are looking for a true hotel with amenities this is not your hotel. If you need a place to bunk down for a week or more this place will work. Basic room with kitchenette, air condition worked well, bed was comfortable and internet was good although they would charge you if you wanted to stream. Have to pay extra for dishes and kitchen supplies or go to the dollar store and buy your own. Have to pay extra if you want to change linen and towels within the first 7 days. No coffee pots or...
