I had another negative experience staying at that hotel. Some of the people at the front desk are very rude. One tall man for example, hung up on me twice during phone conversations just trying to get service. How can someone be so incompetent? The man has very poor phone manners.
I requested a room change with two beds to accommodate my family which became a nightmare. I was transferred to a room 2 bed that wasn’t clean. There was human hair in the bathtub and trash on the counter. When I protested and requested to move back to the room I was originally, and a man told me that wasn’t possible blah blah blah blah….
Some workers from housekeeping were given me dirty look in the hallways/breakfast area as everything seemed to become so dramatic, because management revealed my name to the workers as the guest who complained about poor service. That was very unprofessional.
