Hotel a Plantation

“Exceeded expectations—and not by a little. Bright and clean new room, good shower, comfortable beds—it was supposed to be our “in-between” hotel before we got to the main event of our vacation but my wife didn’t want to leave—yes, we liked it that much (and the staff were extra cooperative and nice)! Thanks so much!”

Gentile la receptionist; misera la colazione, solo poche cose. Comoda la posizione dell’hotel, ma bisogna migliori indicazioni stradali. ”

“Very clean. Had a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and some dishes. Pool was nice and clean.”

“This property was horrible had to wait over 3 hrs to check in because they said no rooms were available or cleaned then found they had a bunch of vacant rooms they didn’t know about Halfway through my stay they checked me out 2 days before my reservation was up so I had to register and then they tried charging me for incidentals again after already charging me $80 when I 1st checked absolutely horrible service ”

“Really enjoyed my stay. The kasa team was wonderful, the room was well maintained, the view was beautiful, and the valet staff was super prompt. The only recommendation would be to add more beach chairs and maybe upgrade the current ones. Thank you very much for making our stay enjoyable!”

“Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free”

“The free shuttle bus from from the airport to the hotel was a bit confusing. The drivers, which tried their best, were overwhelmed with people and many people were cutting in line and jockeying to get onto the bus which left many other guests anxious. The staff were very pleasant at the hotel. The check-in process was chaotic. The lobby was very small, and we had to wait in a que outside the hotel in the evening of which bugs would fly all over you and into your hair. Unfortunately, we were...
