“There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. “We've stayed at this property numerous times but I have to say that we were very disappointed this trip for several reasons.First we were very surprised that they offered family day passes now. “First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago.
Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service.
