“Got to room and it was hot. Called down to ask if air con was out and instead of answering said they’d send someone up.
30 min later, called again & said she would put in a note for maintenance.
35 min later got a text asking if I was happy with the check-in. Said yes BUT, didn’t get any water & air con seems to be out. Replied saying would send someone right away.

“Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per la posizione, direttamente sul lungomare, con parcheggio a pagamento ma a un prezzo ragionevole. Il letto non è tra i più comodi e, se avete il sonno leggero, il rumore dell’aria condizionata potrebbe risultare fastidioso. In compenso, la posizione è davvero ottima: la sera si può uscire a piedi senza dover utilizzare l’auto e dal terrazzo della struttura si può ammirare una splendida alba.
