“Ritornato dopo tre anni, perché allora mi ero trovato bene. Soggiorno di nove notti. La dotazione della camera è completa e spaziosa. Purtroppo la pulizia e’nettamente peggiorata. Così come il non rifare il letto, il non portar Via i rifiuti il sabato e la Domenica. Inoltre, causa Covid, niente colazione a buffet, ma sacchetto da asporto veramente misero. Peccato per questa debacle, perché la struttura è comoda e ben raggiungibile nell’area di Fort Lauderdale ”

“La struttura è normale, per passare un paio di giorni va benissimo. La cosa terribile è stata l’esperienza del check-in, personale molto maleducato e non collaborativo anzi! Sembrava lo infastidissimo e addirittura ci ha minacciato di rivendere la camera se non avessimo risolto il problema che avevamo con le nostre carte, con fare minaccioso. Tant’è che stavamo per cancellare la prenotazione. Veramente terribile e irritante. ”

“Aldilà che con più di una settimana di preavviso (mentre era in corso la prenotazione) ho chiesto il rimborso dell ultima notte per un errore mio commesso in fase di prenotazione e si sono rimbalzati la palla hotel.com e l'holiday inn attribuendosi la responsabilità del rifiuto del rimborso... solvoliamo perchè errore mio, l'hotel è mediocre... la colazione fornita ogni giorno non è per niente variegata e qualità del cibo è piuttosto scadente. Il servizio pulizia delle camere è lento e...
