“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“What a beautiful property, we were on a Florida road trip which included 6 property's we stayed at and this was by far the most beautiful one. Spotlessly clean and everything in the apartment was of very high quality and the pool was gorgeous 😍 also not forgetting the extra goodies provided which added to the wonderful experience. “My recent stay at Eau was a major disappointment. The first room we checked into had soaking wet carpets. We had to checkout immediately. The hotel staff attempted to make things right by upgrading us to a suite. The suite was beautiful, but it had roaches. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed a massive cockroach on my pillow. Maybe it crawled in from outside, but regardless, I was so disgusted, that I had to checkout at 4AM with my family and my two year old son. All of this with a...

“The Ben Autograph Hotel is our preferred choice whenever we visit the Palm Beach area. Its beauty is undeniable, and the rooms are immaculate and spacious. They make the most of the square footage, giving the impression of a larger room compared to most hotels. The on site restaurant is fantastic , room service is always available and they have nice bar with friendly staff. 5 stars every visit!”
