“First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast,...

“Room was. not clean properly, checking in was awful paid for pool view went to the room and there was no pool view we went back to the same guy told him that there was no pool view the gentleman said yes it is and if we use the room, I just left you 15 minutes ago really, so he give us a different room and that room was not pool view it was view pool been there for 8 days no one came to clean the room ”
