“We had a suite on the 5th floor, overlooking the beach and Ocean. The suite was immaculate as was the property. Staff is wonderful. Pool is so nice to relax in. I can't really point to anything that made us unhappy or frustrated. We had a perfectly wonderful stay. Oh..the on-premise restaurant has a great menu.”

“Great for one night ”

“We had a three night stay in an ocean view room. We requested a refrigerator, it was never delivered. We requested water bottles that were supposed to be in the room, it took 30 minutes and a phone call to housekeeping to get water. Lighting in the bathroom was poor, the blackout shades didn't close, etc. The amenities are fantastic though with three pools, a hot tub and being right on Hollywood Boulevard and beach. The staff in the restaurants were also first class. Overall, overpriced.”

“We loved the pool with its waterfall, and fun activities. The smoothies and paninis there were great too. The property and condo seemed a little outdated, but still spacious and nice.”

“This is a very popular spot - it was very busy, and the pool and beach areas stayed full. Get there early for chairs! The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. There is a place to store luggage if you need before/after checking in/out. The building is a bit past its prime, with furniture in rooms old and damaged and the walls/halls sort of dingy and nasty. The pool and beach access makes up for what the hotel facility lacks, as it's the perfect way to relax and enjoy the location.”
