“Very nice hotel very clean and waiting staff was very nice even bring me extra cookies I love the fact that you get cookies when you check in not only that I'm happy to say that now I'm a gold member and I can't wait to get more perks and see what other hotels I can stay at and the whole staff seems to be very nice and very attentive to our needs The only thing I think is that the the maid service needs to be a little faster because they take very long to clean the rooms so when I plan to leave...

“The hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were overwhelmed and service was poor however, there were no pubs or restaurants around to be able to walk to, which was disappointing.”

“We had a local event to attend, The property was close and of good value, While it was a little dated it was nice and comfortable. We did not use the resort facilities, Once the initial check in problem , which the supervisor quickly resolved ! our stay was fine. ”

“Staff was friendly, helpful and also bilingual (spanish) which is a bonus. The Rooms were clean and breakfast was always ready on time. There's not a large variety of breakfast items but the essentials are present and the breakfast sandwich changes every day, of course waffles, eggs, sausage, fruits, tea, coffee, orange juice etc. The rooms are pretty specious and have all you need to make you feel at home.”

“I’ve already contacted the hotel about my experience. We didn’t get there until 1 am. The room I had paid for was for 1 room with 2 bedrooms. We had 7 people. No vending machines no ice machines and the area did not feel safe to me. Walking in with 3 kids at 1 am and people standing outside our door. The main door to the building is not secure. Overall there was a lot of space but 2 totally different rooms…not one as described and no pool view as described. ”
