“la struttura è un pò datata necessita una ristrutturazione, ma per una notte va bene, ottima e abbondante la colazione (esclusa dal prezzo della camera).”

“AC cool,rooms were clean. Did not use the laundry service.”

“Breakfast was good. All the regular options. No issues whatsoever. We arrived early and our room was ready. It was a nice bonus after travelling. ”

“Early in the service both days. The food was clearly commercially, bad quality. Biscuits were hockey pucks. Sausage link was hard/edible only in the middle of the link. Both days the eggs were overcooked with burnt egg scraped particles scattered throughout. Coffee and potatoes were decent. Juices were either too sweet or too sour. Gravy unappetizing. Sweet rolls were ok for 1-2 bites. Trying not to be too critical. ”

“Very slow check in. Takes way too long. She needals training or understanding people dont want to take 15 minutes to check in. There is a line of people waiting. Respect it. Move faster. How many buttons you have to push back therenon that keyboard? Do better. Less chitchat. Read the room. Unacceptablly slow. ”

“Aldilà che con più di una settimana di preavviso (mentre era in corso la prenotazione) ho chiesto il rimborso dell ultima notte per un errore mio commesso in fase di prenotazione e si sono rimbalzati la palla hotel.com e l'holiday inn attribuendosi la responsabilità del rifiuto del rimborso... solvoliamo perchè errore mio, l'hotel è mediocre... la colazione fornita ogni giorno non è per niente variegata e qualità del cibo è piuttosto scadente. Il servizio pulizia delle camere è lento e...
