“Albergo nel mezzo del nulla scomodo per qualsiasi destinazione comunque struttura nuova peccato che per fare un late checkout mi abbiano richiesto una tariffa pari ad una notte aggiuntiva malgrado l’albergo fosse vuoto colazione compresa molto povera la camera io sono stato 4 giorni mi è stata pulita solo un giorno ”

“I wanted to share my experience, as it was very disappointing and quite different from what was advertised. The hotel website does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the rooms. What is shown online does not match reality. The rooms felt more like a basic college dorm than a hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, while check-in is fully electronic, there is essentially no support or service available if you need anything extra—even something as simple as a corkscrew...

“This property was once a gem, but it has been run down. Very disappointed to find out the pool had been closed and we were never allowed near it. The chairs around the pool were ripped and rotting, a lock on the gate indicated it had been closed for a while, despite there being water in it. Being further from the airport than expected, also threw us for a loop, as a taxi cost way too much. No airport or port shuttles either.”

“Everything was great except they were supposed to send up someone to fix the 2ndary door lock but no one showed up. Room 308 inside lock needs fixing!”

“Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, and staff, specifically Brighton at the front desk was amazing. This hotel is located in a plaza with lots of restaurants and other eats. Very close to the mall and major highways. Great place to stay. ”
